Delivery within 3-5 working days after the product has been made.

1ST CLASS
Delivery within 1-2 working days after the product has been made.
Up to £6.99 per product
EXPRESS*
Tracked delivery on the next working day after the product has been made.
Up to £10.99 per product
*Orders for Next Day will need to be placed before the cut-off the previous day, please check the basket page for your confirmed delivery date. Please note that our Next Day Delivery service does not deliver over weekends or Bank Holidays, so if you order this service on a Friday, your items will be delivered on the next available working day.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 10 days to make. On each product page you’ll see an estimated dispatch time. This is the time it takes for us to create your personalised gift and then pass it to our couriers
14 DAYS RETURN
You can return non personalised products if you are not happy within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact us informing us of the return/exchange and attached proof of postage. Label and send to the return address stated on the dispatch confirmation. (we advise you send parcels using a signed for or tracked delivery service)
14 DAYS EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us with details of the new product you wish to exchange. We are happy to send out exchange product once retiurned product is received.
RETURNS
We will process a full refund directly to your payment card or paypal within 14 days of receipt of returned item.
IMPORTANT
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
